Living longer is not without its challenges; many seniors value their independence and privacy but may eventually require some level of care and assistance. For some, hourly care may be the only way to keep them out of an institution.
If you are eady to ease into a transition of lifestyle, Care Indeed is poised to provide a list of non-medical services at a fraction of the cost of assisted living. Hourly Care allows you, the client, to be in control of setting a schedule for in-home care services that best suit your needs. Whether you benefit from 4 hours once a week or 12-hour shifts, Care Indeed can work around your schedule.
A Registered Nurse from our agency conducts a FREE assessment based on these five elements—Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), mobility, vision, hearing, and nutrition.
Care Indeed’s home care services generally includes these categories: (1) discreet personal care, assistance with bathing, oral hygiene, eating, dressing, and toileting; (2) physical assistance, with transfers, medications, and ambulation; and (3) household chores: cooking, light housekeeping, shopping, and laundry.
We also offer basic home health care services such as checking patients’ blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate, and reading fluid intake and output. We have home health aides who are trained to assist with medical equipment such as ventilators, a catheter or ostomy product, and administer first aid until medical help arrives. A licensed professional oversees each individual’s care plan and constantly monitors a caregiver’s performance.
